DISTO^® 3D Spacer Fabrics are distance circular knits with exceptional properties in terms of elongation, stiffness to compression and resilience.

The patented product has been developed, produced and marketed by Ames Europe. DISTO^® consists of three separate layers enabling us to use different yarns with e.g. fire retardant, antistatic or antibacterial properties.

In cooperation with its cusomers Ames Europe develops specific spacer fabrics to serve as a base for coating or to replace foam in seats and mattresses. The possibilities with spacer fabrics are endless.
