As Ames Europe Tekstil, while carrying out our fabric production activities, our main goal is to fully meet the expectations of domestic and foreign customers, to do our jobs right at the first time by adopting the philosophy of zero error, to apply the concept of continuous improvement in every field, to ensure that quality becomes a WAY OF LIFE by taking ownership of our standards and systems.

Our quality policy focused on superior performance is to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level in the products and services we provide, using developing and up-to-date technologies, taking legal regulations and standards as reference, to manage customer feedback effectively, to eliminate non-value-creating processes and to make on-time deliveries with the effective use of resources, and to create a quality management system that aims for continuous improvement.

Our commitments;

• To work in team spirit to achieve company and unit goals based on the Total Quality philosophy and always be open to development and innovation,
• To document our Quality Management System in a way that meets the requirements of international Quality Management Systems,
• To perceive customer demands correctly in the projects we undertake, to direct customer requests correctly and to comply with these requests at the maximum level,
• To ensure continuity of change and development by improving our education, research and service processes in order to meet the current and future needs and expectations of our internal and external stakeholders.

We aim to be compatible with the system and developable in cooperation with our subcontractors/subcontractors and suppliers.
